Rob Smith - Editor
Portland Business Journal
Rob Smith was born and bred in Portland. He graduated with a BS degree in political science from the University of Oregon in 1985. After a brief career in Oregon politics, he moved to Seattle, where he launched a newspaper career.
After stops at several newspapers, he became managing editor of the Puget Sound Business Journal before being named editor of the Portland Business Journal, a sister publication, in 2003.
