An At-Large Member prospect of the Internet Strategy Forum is an individual who has demonstrated achievement as an Internet Strategist for a previous employer and/or on behalf of client companies wherein the individual is or has been retained as a management consultant specifically and particularly for the purposes of defining and developing an Internet business strategy for the business.
Such an Internet Strategist must demonstrate significant knowledge of the Internet, Internet technology, and the use of the Internet for the purposes of advancing a commercial, academic or philanthropic cause. The individual should be regularly providing advice and counsel to business, government and/or academia on Internet strategy, but need not be employed with any such entity wherein their principal responsibility is directing or influencing Internet strategy.
At-Large Members are a peer in profession to corporate ISF Members and shall not solicit corporate ISF Members for their management consulting services, unless originally approached by a corprate ISF member.
At-Large Members must be referred to the ISF by a corporate member and will pay an annual membership fee to be determined by the ISF Board of Directors, to be reviewed annually.
