Highlights from the 2006 study:
- 37% of participants earn an annual salary between $80,000 and $110,000.
- Over 82% of participants have at least a Bachelor's degree, 27% have a Masters.
- 65% of participants are between the ages of 35 and 54.
- Job titles vary widely, but 95% of respondents are Manager level or higher, with 38% Director level or higher.
- 61% of participants are male. At at the Manager level, 43% are female, but at the Director level only 19% are female.
